Services
Rene VA Services provides remote virtual assistant support as described on the Services page and agreed in writing with each client. Scope is confirmed before work begins.
Packages and payment
Monthly packages are billed in advance and cover the agreed scope for that month. Unused hours do not roll over. Once-off projects are quoted individually.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide the access, information and materials required to complete agreed tasks, and to give reasonable notice for urgent or time-sensitive work.
Cancellation
Either party may end a monthly arrangement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.
